About

Forix allowed me to sharpen my ability to communicate and distill the client needs to the development team and execute. The key to this is being an excellent listener and an expert in my client’s business. I can take the client’s request, usually an intangible notion, based on emotion, and use my business acumen to find the key driver for success. My strength is to listen, learn, and understand what it is they need, creating new opportunities for the company and happier, stickier clients.

Key Experience:

  • Utilized Smartsheet for project tracking, collaboration between PM and dev team, resource management

  • Managed Basecamp for client-facing - design and dev team communication, project tracking, and planning tool

  • Tracked projects using Jira boards to manage projects and report time spent

  • Lead client presentations of wireframing, creative concepting, and project status updates

  • Used InVision to present design presentations to client, bringing in key players as needed for support

  • Oversaw website development from planning to implementation and launch, through support and development

  • Focus on UX and branding, with a 54% increase in revenue following successful website redesign
